1. The deal
You upload files. We host them and hand out links. You keep the rights and the responsibility. We keep the servers running and the lights on.
2. What you can't do
No illegal content, malware, or material you don't have the rights to share. We remove anything that violates the law or our notices, and we ban repeat offenders without ceremony.
3. Free vs paid
Free accounts are rate-limited and ad-supported. Paid (“Whale Mode”) lifts the throttle and grants a daily traffic allowance that resets on a rolling 24-hour window. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
4. Takedowns
We honor valid DMCA notices and abuse reports. Files can be disabled or deleted, and accounts can be suspended, at our discretion.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” Don't store your only copy of anything that matters here. Seriously.
